Software Integration Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer

At ZMR, I design and deliver budget-friendly, customer-focused solutions for Hanwha (ACS & CCTV), Milestone, and ELV systems. My responsibilities cover both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including supporting solution proposals, system design, and providing technical expertise during project planning. I also perform post-sales support such as troubleshooting,
diagnostics, and issue resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, I lead the testing, commissioning, and integration of Hanwha and Milestone systems to achieve optimal performance, while managing RMA processes to secure timely replacements and maintain smooth customer operations. Alongside these core responsibilities, I managed the company’s WordPress website, handling updates, content management, bug fixes, and reliable performance, while supporting internal IT operations by resolving networking issues, maintaining system stability, and assisting colleagues with day-to-day technical challenges.

Web Developer (Php Laravel)

I developed and maintained full-stack web applications with a strong focus on backend development using Laravel. This included designing and optimizing database schemas, implementing secure and scalable server-side logic, and ensuring high performance across applications. I collaborated closely with the design team to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces compatible with all major operating systems. In addition, I coordinated project tasks and timelines to efficiently meet milestones and deliverables.
